In 2002, Keifel began his most ambitious project,
"The Face of Boxing," a series of over 350 portraits,
ranging from trainers, managers and cutmen to such superstars as Evander Holyfield, Bernard Hopkins, Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Oscar De La Hoya. Among his many museum and gallery exhibits are a 2004 solo show, "Boxers," at The Butler Museum of Contemporary Art, and a 2002 solo show, "WTC Rescue Workers," at The Butler Institute of American Art,
both in Ohio.
